The only authorised ticket seller for MARY POPPINS tickets as the Sydney Lyric Theatre is Ticketmaster, as well as through our travel partners.
Please be aware that the Sydney Lyric has no obligation to honour tickets purchased via unauthorised re-sellers, as these may be invalid tickets. If you attend with a ticket purchased via an unauthorised re-seller such as Viagogo, eBay, Gumtree or otherwise, you may be refused entry. For more information, please visit our FAQs page.

BOOK IN PERSON / VIA PHONE

 For in person bookings:

The Sydney Lyric Theatre box office is open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm AEST and from 11am AEST on Saturdays and Sundays.

The box office cannot assist with general ticket sales from 1.5 hours prior to any performance time and does not usually operate on Public Holidays. Check performance times here. 

 Please note, we are currently only open for fully vaccinated customers aged 16+ and accept Cashless Payments Only at this time.

For phone bookings:

Call the Sydney Lyric Ticketmaster booking line on 1300  795 267 (select option 1) Monday-Sunday from 9am-5pm AEST.

 

 For wheelchair or companion card bookings:

Call (02) 9509 3600, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Please note: Tickets can only be collected at the box office from 1 hour prior to the performance booked. The companion must present the companion card provided when booking before tickets can be handed to the patron.

 


GROUP BOOKINGS

Save $20 per ticket on A-Reserve tickets when booking for 10 or more tickets from the Groups allocation.

Fri Evenings: 7.30pm

Saturdays: 2.00pm & 7.30pm

Sundays: 1.00pm & 6.30pm*

 

*Sunday 15 May will have only one performance at 6.30pm.


 AGE RECOMMENDATION

MARY POPPINS is recommended for a general audience. As an advisory to adults who might bring young people, we recommend MARY POPPINS for ages 7 and up. 

All persons aged 16 or under must be accompanied and sat next to the accompanying adult. They may not sit on their own within the auditorium. If children do have separate seats you could be refused entry. All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

MARY POPPINS contains theatrical smoke and fog effects, pyrotechnics, strobe lighting and loud noises.
